Riley Woods is a residential site condominium project with 27 single family building sites. Lot prices range from $29,900 to $59,900.

 

Minimum construction requirements are as follows:

  • Each one story residence shall have at least 1,450 sq. ft. of floor area
  • Each one and one-half story residence shall have at least 1,100 sq. ft. on the first floor
  • Each bi-level residence shall have a minimum of 1,100 sq. ft of floor area on the upper level
  • Each tri-level residence shall have a minimum of 1,200 sq. ft. of floor area on the upper two levels
  • Each two-story residence shall have a minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area on the first floor.
